DEADLINE FOR TICKET REQUESTS and PAYMENT:-

No more ticket requests will be actioned after Friday the 24th of January 2025.

If you have received a ticket number but not yet paid, please do so. Any ticket numbers not paid for by Friday the 31st of January 2025 will be cancelled. Thank you all.

The rally will be held on Saturday the 8th of February 2025.

Please email conwymotorcycleclub@gmail.com stating how many tickets you require and give the full names of the people requiring tickets in that email.

You will then be sent your ticket allocation number/s by return email. In order for you to make payment for your ticket/s you will be sent payment details in the same email. PLEASE BEAR WITH US, YOU WILL RECEIVE A RESPONSE, ONLY ONE PERSON ALLOCATING TICKET NUMBERS WHO WORKS FULL TIME, THANK YOU

When you make your direct bank transfer payment it is vital you quote your allocated ticket numbers on that bank payment as the reference.

The price is £30/ticket.

✅ CASH ONLY ON SITE, NO CARD MACHINES.

✅ CASH ONLY FOR MERCHANDISE PURCHASES (NO £50 NOTES ACCEPTED).

✅ CASH ONLY FOR FOOD VAN PURCHASES.

✅ CASH ONLY FOR ON SITE BAR.

✅ PLEASE FOLLOW MARSHAL’S DIRECTIONS.

✅ SMALL CAMPFIRES ARE PERMITTED ON SITE FIELD.

✅ SMALL BBQ'S PERMITTED ON THE FIELD.

✅ WOOD WILL BE AVAILABLE TO PURCHASE ON SITE.

✅ THERE WILL BE A WATER SUPPLY NEAR THE ENTRANCE TO THE MAIN FIELD.

✖️ ⚠️ NO HEATERS IN TENTS – CARBON MONOXIDE RISK/FIRE RISK.

✖️⚠️ DO NOT LITE DISPOSABLE BBQS IN TENTS (FIRE RISK).

✖️⚠️ ENSURE YOU HAVE DRY CLOTHING TO CHANGE INTO, NOTHING WORSE THAN REMAINING WET AND COLD.

✖️⚠️ NO FIREWORKS AS RURAL AREA WITH ANIMALS NEARBY.

✖️⚠️ NO BONFIRES.

✖️⚠️ NO SMOKING INSIDE (vaping permitted).

✖️⚠️ PLEASE REFRAIN FROM ENTERING TAPED OFF NO GO AREAS.

✖️⚠️ DO NOT LEAVE VALUABLES IN YOUR TENTS.

⚠️ CAMPING OUTSIDE IN WALES IN WINTER IS FOR THE PHYSICALLY FIT.

⚠️ PLEASE ENSURE YOU WEAR VERY WARM CLOTHING AND HAVE DECENT

WATERPROOFS. WE HAVE PREVIOUSLY HAD PEOPLE ARRIVE WITH

HYPOTHERMIA AND THEY MISSED THE RALLY.

⚠️ BRING A DECENT TENT AND A VERY WARM SLEEPING BAG.

⚠️ THE FIELD MAY WELL BE MUDDY AS IT RAINS A LOT IN WALES!, SUITABLE FOOTWEAR

NEEDED.

⚠️THIS IS A MOTORCYCLE RALLY. NO CARS OR CAMPER-VANS WILL BE ALLOWED

ONTO THE SITE.

All members of the Conwy MCC Ltd are avid motorcycle enthusiasts who attend rallies and ride outs throughout the year – the most famous of all being the legendary Dragon Rally that Conwy MCC Ltd have ran since 1962.

We're based in Conwy and would welcome any like-minded motorcyclist to visit us for a chat.

We meet every Thursday 7pm – 9pm & every Sunday 4pm - 6pm. Tea/Coffee/Cans, crisps and biscuits are available to purchase.

Fee to join for new members is £20/year, then £15 for subsequent years.
